Ventra Systems collects only the information necessary to deliver our service with the precision it requires. Customer conversations, scheduling details, and contact records are retained securely on your behalf and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Client establishments retain full ownership of their data and may request export or deletion at any moment.

Terms of Service

Engagements with Ventra Systems are governed by a written agreement detailing scope, coverage hours, and pricing. Either party may conclude the arrangement with thirty days of written notice.

We commit to operational continuity, considered communication, and responsible handling of all interactions on your behalf.

Billing and Cancellation

Ventra Systems operates on a month to month basis with no long term contracts.

Payments are billed in advance for each billing cycle.

Clients may cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice. Services remain active and billable during the 30 day notice period.

Refund Policy

All payments are non refundable.

Once your system has been built, configured, or deployed, no refunds will be issued.

By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that results may vary based on your business operations and call volume.

Acceptable Use

The Ventra system is provided for lawful, professional use within the operations of an automotive service establishment. Use of the platform to mislead, defraud, or harass any individual is strictly prohibited.
